Guess where the emergency (loan) funds to drought-stricken GMO corn and soybean fields comes from?

Answer: “The $383 million in emergency drought payments to farmers that just passed Congress is appropriating the money directly from cuts to conservation programs designed to promote more sustainable farming practices.”

Are we surprised?
